To maintain a healthy and strong body , I believe the right kinds of fruits are vital in every meal if it is affordable. I am well aware that age also dictates the type of fruits one should regularly take in order to avoid being victims of illnesses and also to maintain a strong body i.e. the bones and the immune system.

Carrot

Well, be it a sliced carrot or a whole piece it plays a vital role in maintaining the human body altogether. A sliced of carrot is thought to significantly resemble a carrot.
However the human eye primarily depends on the carrots for the normal and efficient functioning in the body. The eyes are an important part of the body. Science dictates that the carrots enable the flow of blood into the eyes. The orange color contained in these carrots is due to the presence of a phytochemical known as beta-carotene. Beta carotene serves several functions such as :

It reduces the chances of one contracting cataracts especially those individuals in the old or prime age.
Moreover it protects the old people from obtaining eye related problems. Those prone to such diseases are those individuals that are over 65 years old.

Just as the oranges ,mangoes can be ingested in 2 forms i.e. as a fruit and juice. It is a nutritionally rich fruit. Mangoes are known to be the source of potassium , vitamins ,carotene and vitamin A. Despite its advantages mangoes should be avoided in the diets of individuals on warfarin therapy as it is known to cause allergic reactions.

Kiwi

Kiwi contains several phytochemicals and anti oxidants that are vital to the human body. The nutrients found in the kiwi fruit includes vitamin K , flavonoid, vitamin A and vitamin E. It should be noted that anti oxidants such as beta -carotene and xanthin are also contained.
